Architectural Design

Structural Design

The most crucial aspect of any structure is its safety. Our structural design team employs the most recent and efficient techniques to ensure that your establishment is safe, sound, and aesthetically pleasing. Once your architectural drawings have been frozen, the structural team will begin adding structural elements, collaborating with the architect and interior designers to ensure your project is both aesthetically pleasing and safe.

Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Design

Once your architectural layout is complete, our MEP team will develop all of the drawings needed for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, as well as obtain NOC from authorities. They will also coordinate, verify drawings and supporting specifications, and recommend specialist vendors/brands that will be required throughout the building process, such as automation, lighting suppliers (Architectural & decorative), sanitaryware, etc. Our MEP engineers will also perform on-site inspections while work is ongoing.

Investment Analysis/ Feasibility study

Once you've acquired land, our designated team will conduct investment and feasibility analysis. The study will determine the Return on Investment (ROI) as well as the number of apartments, offices, and/or commercial areas that can be accommodated within the space. The team will then calculate the total costs for each option and assist you in determining which is the most profitable development option for you.

Quantity Survey and Practice Evaluation

Once all the design aspects are frozen the bill of quantities and tender documentation are then created. We review and recommend the contractors whom we then invite to bid for the project. Once we receive the quotations, we study them and create a comparative analysis. For your chosen procurement, we recommend the appropriate contract and/or subcontract. Once we finalize the contractor, we then create the contract documentation and carry out contractual mechanisms and procedures related to your project's financial management, such as change request procedures, valuations, variances, and final accounts. We provide advice on the most appropriate procedure at various stages of the contract, as well as evaluate the appropriateness and implications of proposed contractual amendments and contract closure.

Study of the Economical Effects of Projects

We prepare reports based on cost, time, quality, risk, and buildability, as well as qualifications and exclusions while evaluating the efficiency of the building design. In addition, we evaluate market factors and current construction cost trends to ensure that you are not overpaying. We also employ value engineering and risk management strategies in doing so.

Site Supervision/PMC
